Result
The project was eventually put on hold. It turned out that working with celebrities was more challenging than expected: each major star had unique conditions and demands.
Mid- and micro-influencers joined easily but did not generate the necessary unit economics. Top celebrities, even earning $700–$1000 per personalized video (as in the case of Olga Buzova), did not view it as significant income, and building long-term relationships with them required a dedicated strategy.
This highlighted why even on Cameo, top-tier stars rarely stay active for long.
